Approach

Based on a jointly developed mission the behavior of the employees was assessed with respect to suitability for the new strategy. This assessment was the basis for the development goals and the implementation of training and coaching modules for company leaders. To assist in the transfer of training and coaching knowledge management audits were implemented. These audits were the basis for individual coaching.
