In critical times one realizes very early, that the so-called "soft factors" are in fact "hard factors". But there is no need to wait for a crisis to realize this. The evolution of quality is a long term issue. This thought - concerning technical context - is well installed in companies. But the same rules also apply on the development of corporate culture.
