What is the biggest challenge for companies in the next years?

At the end of the wave of redundancies of the last years there will be again focus on the assets that the employees in a company represent. Besides clear demographic developments there are varied pieces of evidence that the value of a company is defined essentially by the use of the employee potential. The successful search for and the use of the human capital will be the decisive competitive advantage.

My professional motto?

Things are never like they appear at first glance. Necessary condition for successful culture work therefore is the permanent search for own errors. This leads to the biggest benefit of my job: learning.
