Individuals can only change their behavior by themselves With this orientation we support the development of corporate culture. We say support, because every individual, as well as every organization in the end is only able to change by itself, thus developing itself. From the outside one can only give a stimulus and development can only be encouraged and supported. This we consider as our mission. We start from the self responsibility of every person. Through our work people are to realize and use their own potential to achieve common goals.

Corporate culture   The question regarding corporate culture is the question about guiding values and attitudes that are conscious or subconscious. It is also asking about the habits that individuals have when dealing with each other. Individuals can not be understood as a single unit, but only in their interaction  with their current environment. Corporate culture therefore is always both, an individual and an collective phenomenon.
